Housing Requirement
All single, undergraduate students under 21 at the beginning of the semester are required to live on campus. 如符合下列任何一项条件，可获豁免:

Agreement Term
This housing Agreement covers the full academic year (both fall and spring semesters totaling about 9 months). 如果学生在春季学期开始注册, 本协议仅适用于春季学期.
Housing Deposits

• This $150 deposit is kept on file as long as the student is enrolled and lives residentially.

MOVE-INS & MOVE-OUTS
• New students move into campus housing according to the specific New Student Orientation move-in schedule for that semester.
• Returning students move into campus housing the Saturday before classes begin each semester at the earliest.
• Students moving out by the close of fall semester must check-out by Noon on the Saturday following finals week.
• Students moving out at the close of spring semester must check-out by Noon on the Saturday following finals week and graduation.

MEAL PLANS

PRIVATE PROPERTY
Insurance
摩特诺玛大学不为学生的私人财产投保. We recommend that students carry renter’s insurance to cover their personal belongings should they incur any harm or theft.
Abandoned Property
学生应该离开MU的宿舍吗, he/she is responsible to properly check-out by the date agreed upon and clearly communicated to Housing Staff, 包括带走他/她的所有物品. 如果学生未能在此日期内取出所有物品, MU will arrange for the packing and removal of the belongings and may bill the student for packing, labor, and disposal fees.
